Considering Musk's original X.com from 1999 was "an online hub for every kind of financial transaction in the world", a business that subsequenty changed its name to Paypal(!) after he was overthrown as CEO. It makes you wonder if his main reason for buying Twitter was to eventually turn it into... a successful payment hub called X.com.

Kanye seems genuinely mentally disturbed.
There was a method to  Kaufman's antics, there is just almost stream-of-conscience with Kanye.

Saw some of this about 3 hours ago but had to switch it off. Have watched the full 4 minute clip on the BBC Website now. Trump says "I've empowered you to be the tough guy and you're not thankful".

I'm pretty sure it was the last administration that empowered him by supporting him. They did it without asking Zelensky for "a minerals deal" and they did it without asking Zelensky to give Putin an inch.

Trump & Vance have their tongues so far up Putin's ass, it's insane. I think Trump admires Putins "strongman" image (even though Trump is weak) and also sees possiblities to make money out of the sutuation. Always about the money with Trump.

Well Putin rules by fear. That's why Alexei Navalny ended up being murdered by poison. Putin also had the Skripals murdered in the UK.
This is not the behaviour of someone who should be supported by any democratic leader in the free world. Furthermore it was Putin who invaded Ukraine, having previously stated that he would not do so. He cannot be trusted.

If you give Putin an inch, he will take a mile. But apparently Trump & Vance don't want to think about that. They just want to chastise Zelensky for daring to stand up to his invaders. I'd love to see how long Trump & Vance would last in Ukraine fighting against a superpower invader. I understand that they are too afraid to visit Ukraine.

I honestly think it's time that Putin got a taste of his own medicine - Novichok. If he can have other people murdered with it, then it should also happen to him. It is PUTIN who is in danger of starting WW3, and Trump is weak if he stands by and watches Putin with admiration. And yes, I'd love to see Trump & Vance rot in a hole somewhere too, @Stefan.

If anyone thought my reaction to Trump's re-election was a little over the top back in November, hopefully you can see now why I was so utterly pissed off.

BTW, I perhaps unwisely watched a film on the 6th of November: The Apprentice (2024). It's about Trump - the early years. No actual "Apprentice" tv show stuff in there, thankfully. Sebastian "Bucky" Stan does a good job playing Trump, and the influence of his lawyer Roy Cohn with his "never admit defeat" attitude helped me 'understand' Trump's stance when he lost the election to Biden. But Trump didn't exactly go up in my estimation. He's a cheap, tacky guy with no class. I'd trust a used car salesman more than him.

(you do think that it does not exist in Russia, despite the fact that a Russian person allowed you to write various things on a resource located in Russia).
