Any moderators feel free to add this to an existing thread but this has to be shared and if not admired since the brothers have been inspired by MBV.

Heres a nice and thorough interview of Kevin Shields going through the rebuilding process of a completely analog remake of Loveless. He also acknowledges that digital is great too and has its place but it just depends on what you're after and what to use to preserve whatever sounds you create etc. I found it interesting and any crazy production nerd would too. He also talks about new music and time limits of creating new sounds etc. Inspiring and also reassuring that even he can go crazy pushing himself with all this:
