Tune in Friday at 11am to hear Mary Ann Hobbs debut a previously unreleased version of "Where Do I Begin (Alt Mix) 15/6/96" featuring Beth Orton on BBC Radio 6 Music and BBC Sounds.

Mary Ann Hobbs show normaly starts at 10:30am BST (11:30am CET) so maybe 11am is an exact time when she drops WDIB or they just got the wrong time. Anyway, i also think that tune will be online at midnight like the ones before.
no idea, no idea

Holy fucking shit, an actual official release of HBHG Demo and Mind:Response (aka I'm taking LSD)  :o :o :o :o

Just listening to the bonus content rn and I have to say, that I'm DIGGING it hard <3

That Lowlands gig recording is a real gem.
Shame, that it didn't make onto CD :/
Where do I start?
Where do I begin?

Ho man! Beautiful. BEAU-TI-FUL!!
first Daft punk releases the Mayan recording now this.
And I thought 2019 was a good year, but this is a truly a good year to be a techno fan.
"The music Gets Louder, The Lights swirl faster, the chap who freaks out hasn't passed the acid test... A surprising number of these youngsters don't even know who Timothy Leary is..."

Am I missing something? All videos unavailable.
Did anyone manage to grab anything before it went down?
Would LOVE to hear this set again in 'official' quality.

I am assuming it's regional, so those of us in North America will need to wait til after midnight here. Possibly VPNs at work for folks more savvy than me too? Will defo be checking back soon as I wake up

Hi,
Do you know where the rest of the recording is available for download or streaming ?
In the news, they wrote "As a special bonus, a live recording from the Dig Your Own Hole tour is available digitally today on streaming and download platforms, "Live From Lowlands Festival 1997" features" with 15 songs.
Thanks !

I'm sorry, where did you find the full live recording ?

Edit : OK, I found it on Spotify and Youtube Music. I would have preferred a download link to listen it later. I'm afraid after today it will no longer be available on streaming platform.

Nope, it won't be gone, it's just digital-only, as the chems said themselves.
I'm currently waiting for it to hit the digital stores to buy it.

Where do I begin?

I'll check out my local electronics/media store later today whether they have the CD. Bought the anniversary edition of Surrender there too, so my hopes are up.

The live recording is a great surprise, Cant't wait to listen to it.

Currently listening live on Radio 6 and it's on! The alt mix is on!

Is this the real life ?
Is this just fantasy?

Caught in a landslide of Chemical ecstacy.

OK, I found it on Spotify and Youtube Music.

So if you hit THIS it gives you original album + 5 bonus tracks + all of Live at Lowlands.
Which is nice. [I've never listened to Lowlands before in my life! :o]

How much money did y'all spend in advance on this?

I guuess we could embed all the YT vids, although that would make it a long-ass post...

etc etc...
IT'S MORNING TIME!

Just got my CD and postcard set! The CD cover looks stunning, so do the postcards.
"I'm fucking allergic to feathers, you cunts"

Ooh Chemical Beats going for a Higher State of Consciousness "tribute".
I don't usually listen to old live stuff (-more interested in new live stuff).
But maybe I should...

I have previously expressed not-so-positive thoughts about Setting Sun live at Glastonbury (TPPR single). But perhaps the live version from that time works better within the context of the show than it does when you just play it by itself.

What's the vocal around 4 mins into Mind Response? "I'm jiggy now I've seen her"??
