Im gobsmacked to find out today that the purchase I made several years ago has been changed and i have to pay again to download the purchase.
iTunes support said there was nothing they can do.
How is this possible? Not a great way to treat your fans.

It's unfortunate to hear this, Marklee76. I have no idea how this works, but I'm fairly positive that the Chems do not have a say in this. I reckon it's an issue with Apple and its market policies. Did they explain to you why you have to pay twice? Did they ask you for any bill records or digital "receipts" or anything along those lines? Did you have Don't Think as a file or did you just stream it?
Yeah, sounds like that's on Apple..
