The video reminds me of a comedy sketch (which I can't find on youtube) about a kid whose head has the wrong aspect ratio. His parents take him to all kinds of specialists, and eventually he has an operation. When he emerges, his head looks fine but there's a mans voice narrating what he's doing, and he realises he's now got... Directors Commentary! :o

I think I know that sketch! But not sure where it's from. Super difficult to Google as well it seems.
