Wow, so they had the theme and even the artist for the album worked out all the way back in 2021 with The Darkness That You Fear! That's awesome!

That's what I tried first, and when I did, it saved as a ".webp" file, which wasn't animated. But I've now converted it (thank you ezgif!) and it works! Thank you!

These webp files Bosco shared are animated (I guess in ezgif they're moving too). They should be playable in a browser but not in a standard image viewer.

If anyone can find a result for the cover album art, please let us know.

The closest I found was Flying Circus by Nicholas Krushenick. It has the wrong colors, but nearly the same concept.
