There's going to be pre-sale tickets for fans for the concert in Mexico City. Do you know how can I be considered as "Fan" and get tickets to this pre-sale?

Normally you just have to sign up to an email newsletter.

Alternatively, it might be a code that is sent to you if your pre-order the new album.

There is some info coming soon according to Chems HQ and it's like Enjoyed and Wolkenkrabber pointed out necessary to sign on the mailing list (https://www.thechemicalbrothers.com/newsletter) on the Chems' homepage with a current email address!
