Just as Underworld do, I love how every years tour set brings something different, I say love, but also secretly hate as want the actual track variation so bad.
So what's your favourite live moment?
For me it is a hard choice of two;
2015 Glastonbury, the insane acid overlay on Under the Influence, amazing. Click Me (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yAj9QDQwFmw&list=FLovVxuwiruigP5DVeajGUXg)
The other, 1997 Glastonbury, again some great acid overlay on Three Birdies / Open Up

It kills me every time.
1997 Three Little Birdies Down Beats
2002/2004 Electronic Battle Weapon 6
2004 Under The Influence/It Doesn't Matter (with the red and blue robots)
2008 Do It Again + The Big Jump
This gotta be my favorite variation of all time.
Elektrobank live (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ui1YcT-NwVE)
The Pills Won't Help You Now/We Are The Night
2011 Encore
Under The Influence/Out Of Control (2010)
Setting Sun (1999-2000)
Flashback
Come Inside/Chemical Beats (2004-2005)
Morning Lemon/Get Yourself High (2005)
1999 Chemical Beats
2005 Music Response
2007 UTI

Dat Rolling Stones sample. Gawd... :o
I remember hearing Temptation/Star Guitar (Live from Brixton Academy) for the first time on the American EP. Having been so in love with Star Guitar for such a long time, I never imagined it could get any better... Then those chords came in at 3:42 and it was like falling in love all over again.
Hearing those chords for the first time live brought actual tears of joy to my eyes. And now I sing them whenever I hear the original. They are perfect.

I really love the chopped up Music: Response stabs that they play before they properly start the track too.
Gling-gling... Gling-duh-gling-guhhhhhh.
Oooh, I forgot one, and I'm surprised nobody mentionned it yet : the Block Rockin Beats "breakdown" transition from 2005

What i even love more are the visuals. Reminds me of the guy dancing with his guns for Music:Response. Love those.

Yeah! The best one in my opinion.
The new Out Of Control/Setting Sun is awesome too.
Ah yeah, The Test variation on 2002 mixed with the beat of Hey Boy Hey Girl, superb.
the test (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fYLKlZHlQe8)
The 2015 version of UTI is ace
The mix of Snow/STA
2015 TSU
2005 Come Inside
The original setting sun live version (96/97) still blows my mind to this day then in (00) when they decided to emphasise a pulsating beat to it and strip it down more just for that in parts.
I had this on VHS recorded from a broadcast and recorded it to my minidisc player I loved it so much at the time. Theres probably a better quality version of it somewhere.

Saturate/Elektrobank/I'll See You There/Believe. Seriously this has to be my favorite part of the new liveshow. Saturate is as euphoric as ever, but it's marriage with Believe has been split. Instead, we get the triumphant return of Elektrobank (which honestly i was so excited when i found out they brought it back), with Mark Monero getting strange again as he lip syncs to the psychedelic Keith Murray vocals, then transitioning into the pulsating synths and drumline of I'll See You There, which honestly as better layed out than the studio version, especially with it's freaked out, distorted, screeching synth ending (which i was hoping would be in the studio version) into Believe, which differs slightly from it's previous performances, especially with the middle buildup, but is still banging as hell, especially with the cameo of the Acid Father at the end! Again one of my favorite parts of the new show! ;D

Temptation/Star Guitar is brilliant, Come With Us was a greate opening track in 2002, I also much prefer HBHG later on in the sets, don't always enjoy it as an opening track
1997 - (The Best Part Of) Breaking Up / Not Another Drugstore
Insane mashup

Echoing your sentiments. This had been discussed not to long ago, and surprisingly a lot of people have mixed feelings on it. I think it's a huge hidden gem on the back end of the TPPR single. A perfect taste of how they are masters at manipulating their own material.
Is it just me or did they re-sample the Elektrobank vocals? Heard them last night, was probably my highlight of the show but it sounded like Q-tip or something instead of the original distorted sample.
That visual though :o
I can endlessly listen to live recordings 1995-1997 and 2002.
- Chemical Beats 1995
- Life is Sweet (remix 1) 1995
- Setting Sun 1997
- Three Little Birdies Down Beats 1997
- HBHG / The Test 2002
- Flashback 1999
- Star Guitar / Temptation 2002
- Prescription Beats 1996
- I Take LSD 1997
- Song To The Siren ("Rock the house in") 2002
- It Doesn't Matter /Out Of Control /Don't Fight Control 2007
- UTI 2008
- Dig Your Own Hole / Base 6 1997
If you can track down the 2007 Concourse bootleg, the performance of Das Speigel during the encore is possibly the greatest version of Das Speigel ever.
I gotta go through all the live shows again and find those old favorites...
Hold Tight London (2007 I guess, but there's only one live version that I know of)
^ There's two encore performances from 2005 - one is very similar to Trafalgar but the other IIRC is a lot more tribal and dancey and really pounds.
Snow/STA is am all time fav of mine. gutted I never saw it live. on the same note I love the Further visuals, especially on that huge full width LED screen, the square screen on this tour is just too small! :) I suppose the actual robots make up for it!
from the current set the elektrobank/ill see you there mix is great, along with the SIFSD/checmical beats mix, its epic.
I wish my memory of the shows from '97/'99 were better....

How great would it be for this to make a reappearance? Especially given how tripped out the new album is?

Ohhhh yeahh! Just listening to it and it's simply wonderful. They also improvised on the melody a little... It's also the only good quality recording of its live performance... One day, they need to put out all their live recordings which they hopefully stored somewhere. There are so many unique and versatile live moments, they cannot simply fall into oblivion never to be heard again.
in the beginning of snow/surface to air video i hear the test noise

The whole show is pretty amazing. It has Burst Generator, Surface To Air, We Are The Night and a whole fucking TWENTY MINUTES of Das Spiegel and The Sunshine Underground
Speaking of Live variations, I really love the outro (the last minute) of Surface To Air as it appears on the Live 05 EP

Pinkpop'96 had a great line up for dance enthousiast. The dance tent had EboMan, Orbital, Chemical Brothers and Underworld and closing act on the mainstage The Prodigy. It's a shame I wasn't there.
That was intense
