Artbat, from Ukraine are one of those acts that Pete Tong plays quite a lot. They make Melodic Techno or Progressive House or Trance for commercial dancefloors.
I guess HBHG is one of those tracks that appeals to people who aren't even Chems fans.

This isn't the first time a commercial release of HBHG has come out on Positiva. Jack Back (no not the Hollywood actor and Tenacious D member) released a cover which samples the Chems back in 2020:
