Title: Record Store Day, Twenty Twenty Five
Post by: Enjoyed on Feb 20, 2025, 02:02
The List (https://recordstoreday.com/SpecialReleases) has been out for a bit.

I didn't personally see anything that really grabbed my attention, but anyone else excited for something special this April?

nothing grabs me as MUST HAVE on vinyl.

If I was forced to select something I think I would pickup  'The Virgin Suicides Deluxe (25th Anniversary Edition)'
A bunch of dreamy lovey-dovey pop tracks that I wouldn't necessarily track down unless put together in a compilation such as this.

highlight: The Hollies - "The Air That I Breath", which is a transcendent love song and also was featured on Justice's Valentines mix.

I'll probably try to snag a copy of the Gorillaz live demon days.

Otherwise, nada.

I'm typically relieved when there's nothing to fight over. After enough years I'm pretty tired of this whole facade.

(I've nicked this from somewhere else)

Save money on Record Store Day by painting an old Orbital record lime green, and then queuing outside your house for four hours.

If you haven't seen Heretic (https://www.imdb.com/title/tt28015403/) (A24) yet, then you probably should.
