The additional, extended "In a minute I will see see the sun" section is wonderful and much appreciated.

I do think this song deserves to be 10 minutes long. Glad it exists like this!

The album version to me always felt unnecessarily cut short and was missing the reprise of the chorus.

I personally think it's not necessary for the album, but the extended part makes sense for the finale of the live show.
