1.13: Dublin (just north of Ha'penny Bridge)
1.14-1.16: Dublin (Trinity College)
1.43-1.46: Dublin (South bank of Liffey/Merchants Arch)
1.47: Dublin (Trinity College again)
1.48-1.55: Dublin (The Spire, O'Connell Street). I recognised a couple of the bus numbers here.

Directed & edited by Páraic Mc Gloughlin "Artist based in Sligo, Ireland."

Does anyone care besides me? Probably not.

I care too, I recognized some places from Dublin (mostly the Trinity College shiny ball) and then looked up the artist to see if he was from there :)

Full list coming next week some time (gotta see how this Friday's new BT album fits into everything) but I'm pretty confident in saying that Wallop by !!! is my favourite album of the year.

Good tier tracks:
Chrome.exe - Digitalism
Chrome.exe is a killer track! I think their new album is solid, but not as fantastic as their previous work. Looking forward to see their new material live in March in Vienna  :)

Top 10 Albums (in order, for the first time!)
---------
!!! - Wallop
The Chemical Brothers - No Geography
Underworld - Drift Series 1
Battles - Juice B Crypts
Red Velvet (레드벨벳) - 'The ReVe Festival' Day 1
BT - Everything You're Looking For Is On The Other Side Of Fear
Highasakite - Uranium Heart
Foals - Everything Not Saved Will Be Lost Part 1
Crazy P - Age of the Ego
Friendly Fires - Inflorescent

Top 10 Songs (alphabetical order)
[normally I omit tracks that are on "top albums" but some of these were too good not to give solo dedications to]
---------
!!! - Couldn't Have Known
The Chemical Brothers - Got To Keep On
The Chemical Brothers - Fantai
Crazy P - Kari
Hot Chip - Hungry Child
Red Velvet (레드벨벳) - 친구가 아냐 (Bing Bing)
Róisín Murphy - Incapable
Róisín Murphy - Narcissus
Röyksopp - Church
(여자)아이들 ((G)I-DLE) - Senorita

I kind of struggled to put the lists together this year. Or, in fact, it was deceptively easy as there wasn't too much to contend. I guess I haven't been listening to a lot of new music outside of the artists I already follow. A little sad. But I have a 13 day playlist at our studio that makes up 90% of what I listen to - so I guess it makes sense.

I'll do better next year.

My only grudge is that it's too short. It's the case with a few tracks on the new album.

Oh absolutely. It is my standart complaint of quite a few tracks. And that it'a digital only release  :(

Best track: CJ Bolland & The Advent "Camargue 2019" (Enrico Sangiuliano Rmx)
Best album: Ellen Allien "Alientronic"
Best video: Robyn - "Ever Again"

I could make a list of my favorite music from 2019, but honestly the only artist that I would be truly enthusiastic going into detail about is, King Gizzard and The Lizard Wizard.

Best Album: Fishing for Fishies. King Gizzard has put out a ton of albums to be admired previous to this, but this has to be the most accessible they've put out in their career. I can't force you to like the music, but you cannot deny the range of perfectly executed and fun ideas they create on this contagious boogie-licious album.

Best Video:
, simple goofy video that has me in stitches

Best Songs: Boogieman Sam, Plastic Boogie, Real's Not Real, This Thing, Cyboogie, and from their August thrash metal release, Infest the Rats Nest - Hell.

and just because...

Favorite Movie:

Under the Silver Lake
