Any chem peeps going to Amsterdam tomorrow?

I'm excited as hell to see them again!
Same venue where I saw them for the first time for over more then 10 years ago  ;D

So, how was it guys?

Let me say it was better than the opening show in Luxembourg. Much smoother transitions. Even the visuals were tweaked I think. But my God how loud they can get in some moments, And the amount of modulation and distortion in this tour I have never heard before. The visuals are overwhelming, particularly during EBW12. And a full 2 hour (!) show. It was amazing. I'll leave the rest of the reactions to my mate Toxic!

Amazing! Two hours? Did they play some additional stuff or were they "just" playing things more extended versions/ having longer transitions?

According to setlist.fm, they played Got Glint in encore.

Some tunes seemed a bit more extended but nothing special. 2 hours includes the encore. There was a great transition between
Spoiler
Got Glint?
and
Spoiler
Wide Open
what almost sounded like a new track to be...

Yup, I posted the setlist. The light up the Hold Tight Amsterdam visuals during it. It seems the can switch between HTL and GG?

Just lovely! Can't wait till our number gets called!
This is up there. Like, Star Guitar up there.

51.50 min.

Słucham THE CHEMICAL BROTHERS od 1995 roku .

Hm, that beat and sort of melody/vocal during the segue between Got Glint and Wide Open sounds indeed more than a just filler. Interesting transition, even though I like the magical HTL one better. Nice way to shake things up a little.

That's an awesome addition. Should be in the studio version.
Can you imagine ..... an extra-terrestrial disc jockey? Like, listening to radio waves from space? It was unbelievable!

Sorry for the very late reply.... but it was amazing!
Damn it was so perfected in every sense.
Although very loud at times yes.. at the end.. PPR the drums were absent in the mix so loud the rest was. But holy smokes did I enjoy it!!
Spoiled myself too much though, with all the youtube video's pre show.

And wow.. the fill from got glint to wide open.. sounded soo good! I thought it was a new track. Would really love to hear this again.
Also when the animation from japan don't think part came on.. Is something I didnt hear before?
Anyone got some footage? oops.. didnt saw the youtube video.. gonna check it out.

p.s: Chems people are indeed the best. dunno if you are on here dude with the glasses and the hat. Too bad you left a bit early in the show. Had a good time with you whoever you were!
