It's your fault

The date of a quoted post is saved in the quote header, as a numerical timestamp. It's the bit at the end:

Those digits after
date= convert to a real day & time, by counting seconds that have passed since the Unix epoch, which is 1 January 1970. So 1529234254 seconds + 1 January 1970 = the actual time of Csar's post.
But you accidentally deleted the last digit when you were making your post. So 152923425 seconds + 1 January 1970 = 6 November 1974!
