I've had nastier hangovers than Covid and that's as a maniac unsafe granny-killing anti-vaxxer. Hoping he's better for Sunday. This was meant to be a bit of light at the end of the tunnel after two years of "responsible" twats sucking the life out of everything that's good about being alive.

Even I used to think, that It'll never get me, as I rarely even catch cold, or anything, but once it got me, urgh...
Dude, I literally thought, that I'd die from it, as I've never-ever before felt that bad, as I did in the last november/december period, when I literally couldn't sleep for more, than 3 days, so I've got a hella strong, receipt only sleeping pills, that literally puts you in sleep just in a matter of minutes, which still took like a hour, or two to even start working on my body, that's how bad it was, not even speaking about problems with such simple thing like eating and using the toilet, that's how bad it was.

And then people wonder why I still use to "wear muzzle like some kind of a dog", while "nobody does it anymore".

Well, maybe because I was close to passing, or ever dying out by it?

So yeah, sometimes it's better to bite your tongue before saying something, just for the sake of other people around, trust me, I know it from my own experience ;)

I just love this kind of people saying, that nobody cares about covid, not wearing a mask and then crying about the reports of another lockdowns, increase in cases and artists canceling the following gigs

Thanks y'all.  <3  It was late October of 2020, before the vaccines were available.  My dad was a huge believer in the effectiveness of vaccines but was a Republican who bought into Trump and others' minimizing of the virus so he didn't bother to social distance or consistently mask.  Listening to "The Soft Bulletin" and "We Will Always Love You" (which came out 2 months after he died) was a cathartic way of processing my grief and certainly healthier than the bottle of whiskey I was going through every two days. It just pisses me the fuck off when people continue to minimize a global pandemic that has killed so many people for the most selfish fucking reasons.

The last two years have taught me there are more caring people in the world than the selfish, but there are enough of the selfish to fuck it all up for everyone else.  Honestly, the biggest problem on our planet are people who think they're the only ones who inhabit it.

There is literally nothing you can say to me that will convince me that Lockdowns and restrictions are logical or humane.

may you never know what it's like to lose someone to a disease like this, granted I may not know myself, plenty of loved ones I know have dealt with the disease and have nearly lost their own lives...imagine if the chems themselves weren't so lucky

You know what amazes me the most of this comment?

Your audacity.
The fucking sheer audacity of having all these people tell you and giving you the reason of your stupid comment and yet, your diminute brain decides to add another motherfucking comment.

Seriously man, are you this fucking stupid? The only thing that I'm getting from your comments is that either you are so full of yourself, or that you don't have any loved ones to reach for because you are an asshole. I wouldn't wish anyone to grab this disease because it is horrible, but honestly, fuck you and all of the people that even after 2 years they still think that all of this is a hoax. Surprised the mod team has still let you roam around here even with your dehumanizing and stupid points.

Side note, I'm glad everything has been ok for you lately, Born In Planet Dust. Aside from this asshole here, we are here for you and I'm glad you are still standing strong.
Insomnia.

This seems like a great conversation for the thread entitled "Discussions on Difficult Subjects."

I'll even link the thread here:

Why yes, yes they have.

Hey Chems, bring that canceled Glastonbury DJ set to a post-show set in Denver or Boulder!

Hi guys, I share your sentiment towards that bullshit statement from you know whom. However, for the sake of free expression of opinion - if it's not crossing a line of course -  I've decided not to remove it, although I understand the desire to do so. But I'll be watching closely. Trolling will not be tolerated on this forum!

Please, let's all keep it civil in here and more importantly let's try to not get gaslit or triggered by some random person, it's just not worth it.

@hstn: I'm deeply sorry for your loss!

Thx for taking action anyway Csar!

Ps. It wasn't the hstn's loss, but a Born in Planet Dust's one, that Steen and rest of us tried to cheer him on taking some action against tommy's words.
I think the guy's just trolling, as he's quite a new account with only few posts/comments on forum, but dunno, really dunno...

We just don't want anyone to get hurt, so once again thx for taking a look at the whole situation. 🙏

didn't they do 2005 as well?

Good call. Missed that one. Was mostly basing my findings off of setlist.fm which doesn't have 2005 listed.

Edit: also, fun to note from setlist.fm findings... apparently played The Olympic Baseball fields in 2005 that was used for the 2004 Athens Olympics. Funny to see cause that is commonly recycled decay-porn every time the summer Olympics rolls about.

Not been on here for a while but had been saying this was happening for months (first got wind in February). Unfortunately I was onsite and it got cancelled, we were of course gutted. Groove Armada and someone else replaced them.
They did audio recordings of Arcadia on the saturday by the way so potentially would have been recorded.
Live: Latitude 2021, Field Day 2022, Kalorama 2022, o2 Arena 2023
DJ: Fabric 2021, Printworks 2021, Printworks 2022, Glastonbury 2023

Anyone got / going for tickets? Managed to get coach tickets on Thursday - lets hope they return. Will try and get info ahead of time on this again - i think they might try and be a bit more secretive this time given the public knew for weeks beforehand
Live: Latitude 2021, Field Day 2022, Kalorama 2022, o2 Arena 2023
DJ: Fabric 2021, Printworks 2021, Printworks 2022, Glastonbury 2023

didn't think it was coming so soon when i said they were there yesterday!

excited though after last year's disappointment
Live: Latitude 2021, Field Day 2022, Kalorama 2022, o2 Arena 2023
DJ: Fabric 2021, Printworks 2021, Printworks 2022, Glastonbury 2023
