You were right with the second option. They played a lot of samples on a different tracks, vocal samples also. 

I have slept very little, in a little while I have the flight to Buenos Aires for round 2. 
I saw that the video I uploaded is blocked in some countries or regions. It's for Feels Like I Am Dreaming... When I can I will remove it from the video.

Can anyone identify 30:40 - 39:50?  That feels like the bones for something. I mean it gets 9 minutes of play so already suspect. Has couple of interesting interludes too.
