What synth machine used during Electrobank in 96?

Coming back out from under the rock that is my work life. Tryna recreate the laser sound specifically used during electrobank's outro (before Piku) in the 96/97 tours.
(also heard it used in other music & videogames like blinx & Jet Set Radio)

anybody knows what synthesizer they used?

It sounds like some kind of moog to me. Sounds like a ladder filter to me at least. Im pretty sure the chems had at least one moog around that time. I don't think it's the EMS you hear that on leave home. that sounds like some alien dragon more than a laser. And a KORG Ms or Ms20 has a different sounding filter. So my money is on moog.
