Banausen! I pitty the fool who rejects pineapple on pizza
Pineapples have an enzyme that literally dissolves meat, this fruit was never meant for eating. The only acceptable usecase is as housing for annoying underwater sponges.

I know. A friend of mine uses its juice to make his pulled pork tender before smoking it.

Aside from any pizza controversy: Freshly sliced pineapple rings coming out of the fridge are a Heaven's delight in summer.
Wolf Alice is the best band alive.

@Csar never had hollandaise sauce pizza, but have consumed (and made) alfredo/white sauce pizza, which I think is basically the same concept. And I would agree, it's quite tasty!

And yes, I have had Giordano's. But Chicagoians would consider it a variant of Chicago Style Deep Dish. It technically is what we called "Stuffed Pizza".

Regardless, It's extremely good. But if your a person that doesn't like a lot of cheese, this one probably isn't for you...

I believe the layering and process and cooking goes as followed:

-dough (1st layer)
-toppings
-dough (2nd layer)
*Bake*
-massive amount of whole milk low-moisture mozzarella cheese
-pureed and seasoned tomatoes
*2nd Bake*
