I watched the 7th season of Black Mirror in one day. It improved so much compared to previous seasons... I felt like it returned to its roots. Eulogy was my favorite episode.

I got a 1 month trial of Apple TV and have started the new McGregor and Boorman motorcycle adventure "Long Way Home". If you're into travel docuseries,  their adventures are worth checking out.

The latest series is focused on Europe and I just got through the first couple of episodes. They've made their way through Scotland, Holland, Germany, and Denmark, all which look amazing. Unfortunately, majority of their paths so far has been freshly paved unlike their previous efforts, which makes for some good drama!

Was introduced to the series only knowing Ewan, but now I stick around for Charlie!

It's 237!  That's also the best number because it would make you the Turbo Nutter of the deluxe owners

Andor was incredible, The Last Of Us s2 was good I guess except for the whole stupid obvious Mcguffin cliffhanger finale (and that I was mad as hell the majority of the season, perhaps sometime after the 2nd episode or so).  I miss What We Do In The Shadows.  I need something funny to watch yall.

The best funny show I've watched recently is Hacks, give that a try!

Superman was joyous.  So was South Park but that's another story...

HYPED for Alien Earth.

Sorry guys, I know I spam my local indie theater, but I love these event promos they do and can't help but sharing...

And a quick fun note, 'Backdraft' was the first rated R movie I saw and it was at a drive-in movie theater as part of the back end of a double feature that my parents wanted to stay for. Some films, especially at independent drive-in theaters, had staying power beyond their theatrical release date (1991), so I would guesstimate I was either 5 or 6 years old when I caught this. I think something like Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 2, The Rocketeer, Encino Man, Father of the Bride, Hook, or even Dick Tracy, was the opening feature.

Drive-In Theaters were a beautiful thing, damn...

A generous bounty of fan service in that trailer. Will be interesting to see if they keep the story enticing for everyone with season 2.

Hey! If you ever wanted to get down with a Fallout video game, 'Fallout: New Vegas' (which season 2 seems to be heavily based on) might be the one to jump in on for a first timer. It's considered one of the favorite titles by Fallout fans, and just might enhance your viewing pleasure for this upcoming season. Not gonna lie, it's a time consumer...

Alien Earth is definitely living up to the hype!

I'm cautiously optimistic for now.
It started pretty good, didn't have time to watch 3rd episode.
Might today.

It absolutely is! I'm a huge fan of the original movie and haven't really consumed much from the franchise other than that. Recently decided to check it out and it is *chefs kiss* magnificent! I highly recommend checking it out even if you are just a fan of sci-fi in general.
Take this brother...

I also recommend giving the rest of the franchise a shot. There's some definite schlock throughout, but if you're a fan of the Alien Universe, it's hard not to enjoy everything happening on screen!

Last year's Alien Romulus felt quite similar in vibe to EARTH - albeit with a little less levity. Definitely an attempt to get back to the horror-movie-in-space formula of the original.

Anywho. I'm similarly enjoying EARTH. Fun premise. Great sets and solid acting. And really glad to see Alex Lawther on screen again. I absolutely loved 'End of the Fucking World'.

Did John Candy resonate with the rest of the world as he did in North America?

I grew up on his movies and my entire family is very fond of his work, this will be a incredibly sad documentary to watch.

Speaking of Alien Earth ...Move over Baby Yoda, when can I get some sweet adorable eyeball merch?  Plushy or bean bag chair would be ideal.

John Hughes brought out some great acting from him in Planes, Trains, & Automobiles and Uncle Buck.
