Wolf Alice is the best band alive.

Roll call for Manchester!

Have the set times been announced yet?

Also, is anybody interested in a little meetup?

Probably will only be on the venue's instagram on the day - i guess will be on at about 9PM. Is there a support for Manchester and London, don't recall seeing anything.

Have fun everyone, and please, don't forget to hand in your reports of the close encounter as soon as you return to Earth.

@feedmevinyls:

New dates seem to be
53.3438, -6.2773 - Dublin
55.8645, -4.2840 - Glasgow
51.5434, -0.1387 - London
51.5434, -0.1387 - London
52.0806, 4.3106  - Den Haag
52.5286, 13.4510 - Berlin

The locations look weird, though. Perhaps those are just placeholders for the actual events in those cities.

On Discord somebody did the math and suggested the London gig might be Roundhouse. That would be tempting

That was me and someone else! Its perfectly between Roundhouse, Kentish Town forum and Koko (all very similar size venues in Camden).

I reckon Roundhouse seems most likely but its hard to tell!

Oh, you mean the Fernsehturm (fern-say-tourm, TV tower)? Ha, that would be something! Funnily, I just watched a doc about it a few moments ago :)

I probably need to recover for a week until I can write coherently about this show

Hi Kevin live!

There's a backup Aurora on Stage

YAM rave!

Some videos
Too bad no one captured the Universe yet

Is that Aurora's backup vocalist btw? How I wish Silja Sol was still there. She would hit those high notes in Come Closer the Thing like no other.

(From the videos posted just above) Sounds very good, although it still seems a bit rough around the edges, but understandably so, it's the first show and it's new for both of them. I'm sure it will keep getting better and better !

I Drink the Light sounds amazing !

The people from the Aurora side told me that the name of Aurora's backup vocalist is Amelie.
When the lights went up I was like wait a moment why are there two Auroras on stage XD

So she's indeed from her band?

First 20 minutes of the show including The Universe:

There was some really intense instrumental stuff (proper length for a song, so not a seque or filler)
that has me wondering whether it is a Tomora song or something from the Chems/Tom vault
